Precision Builders are amazing
A great big thank you to Daniel and Cullum of Precision Builders. Our extension could have been such a stressful experience but Daniel walked us through it step by step and took all the stress away. Dealing with a small Canterbury owned business meant we were talking to the same person who would be on the build hammer in hand and so therefore our wishes were understood from the get go. Seeing those same guys there each day gave us a confidence that we have not felt before in other builds. A really good guy to deal with
I had Daniel and his team come in and complete decks for my new build. A really good guy to deal with, honest and upfront with an extremely high standard of work, and you couldn’t beat his price. Just such a pity I hadn’t been given his details earlier! I would have had him complete both of my new builds we had just finished! Will definitely be back.

Talk about hardworking
Wow!! We cannot recommend Dan Bennett and Cullum at Precision Builders highly enough. What a fantastic job they did for us on our new deck and outdoor kitchen/BBQ area…plus removing an existing window and replacing it with 2 large French doors. The replacement doors were seamlessly done, hardly a mark on the existing masonry or interior GIB walls. We would have expected a lot more damage, but right through from the perfect measurements for the window company, to the speed and efficiency in which the "old was out and the new was in" they were great. They also devised and executed the putting up of a tricky outdoor sail cloth in our outdoor area that had caused us LOTS of grief with its poor design in the past. Talented guys who really help you think through things and make credible suggestions, working to your budget and helping you get the best value without scrimping on things. We were very impressed with the hard work and dedication in making things look "just right."…little touches to the finishing is something that they obviously take pride in. You would NOT be disappointed if you chose to build with Precision Builders.

The basics of the building process are budget, wish list and time frame. Get these basics right and you can enjoy the whole building process.
STAGE 1
PLANNING & BUDGETING
An initial consultation is given where we talk about your exact requirements to make your dream home a reality. Here we will decide on the style and size of your home and helpful tips making a pin board or wish list is useful, plus, we can work out your budget at this stage.
STAGE 2
THE DESIGN
We have an architect to help guide you through the design process, once this is decided we will work with you to get it over the line and make your dream a reality. We’ll explain how permits work and timeframe on design.
STAGE 3
INTERIOR DECORATING
Precision Builders offers an interior coordinating service. Lacey Bennett can help you style your new home, we can bring all the experts together for your lighting, kitchen, bathroom, colour designs, carpet, tiles, flooring, and window treatments. Please inquire about this service at your initial consultation.
STAGE 4
THE PRICE
Once the house layout and configuration has been decided on with the architect, we can then deliver a fully itemised quoting price from which it is easy to work out where each cost will be allocated. We can give you several options for different materials and feature costings.
STAGE 5
THE BUILD
From concept to creation the team at Precision Builders work closely with you and our sub trades to achieve the best outcome that is on time and on budget making your dream become a reality.
